PAYMENT POLICY
Medical and pharmacy services are provided and billed by Red Barn Veterinary Service LLC. Payment is due at time of service. We accept payment by cash, debit card, and credit card. Checks are only approved on a previously agreed-upon basis. If your check is returned, we will assess a $40 returned check fee, which will be added to your re-instated balance. Our clinic works with two payment pal companies. Cherry Payments and Scratchpay are the companies that provide short term payment plans/loans. For more information, follow the links provided below. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. We will be glad to accept prepayment for services to help you budget for your pet's healthcare.
